A bespoke website built around Jennie’s Positive Paws

Jennie’s Positive Paws is a dog training and behaviour business based in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. Onbeza replaced Jennie’s basic website with a bespoke site shaped around her services, approach, service areas and the clients she wanted to reach.

Built in May 2026. Developed since, using search data and results to guide what comes next.

The starting point

A website that needed to fit the business.

Jennie’s first website was built in June 2025, when she was starting her business, using a basic website-builder platform. She found it took considerable time to manage for limited benefit, while additional tools she wanted came with expensive annual subscriptions.

In May 2026, Onbeza built an entirely new bespoke website around her business, her services and the clients she wanted to reach. Since then, we have continued adding to and developing the site, using the data and results to guide what we improve and where we focus next.

The goal was straightforward: help suitable dog owners discover Jennie’s services, understand her approach and take the next step towards an enquiry.

The thinking behind the work

Three ways the site supports Jennie’s business.

01 / Services

Help owners find their starting point.

The homepage introduces Jennie and her reward-based, one-to-one approach. It gives owners routes into puppy training, dog behaviour support, assisted lead walks and online consultations.

Owners can choose by the difficulty they recognise, such as a new puppy or tense walks. The core service pages explain the support, while “Tell Jennie about your dog” leads to the contact page. WhatsApp offers another way to start a conversation.

This suits a business where the first question is often which kind of help to ask for. Owners can explore the options or ask Jennie directly.

02 / Local service pages

Explain what support looks like nearby.

Relevant search data helped identify combinations of services and towns across Essex. Onbeza created local pages within Jennie’s website to explain the support available in those areas.

The Chelmsford page explains one-to-one puppy training and behaviour support, home visits and the areas covered. It makes clear that Jennie is based in South Woodham Ferrers and travels to clients.

It also explains how training can start at home and move into local walks as the dog is ready. That gives owners useful context when deciding whether the service fits their needs.

03 / Help Hub

Give people useful help before they enquire.

We created a Help Hub around questions dog owners ask, with practical advice in Jennie’s voice. The puppy-biting article gives readers a chance to understand how she thinks about everyday problems.

It discusses rest, calmer play and routines, then explains when individual support may be useful. Links to puppy training and “Tell Jennie about your puppy” give readers a relevant next step.

The advice has a purpose of its own: helping an owner understand what to look at first. For someone considering support, it also offers a way to get to know Jennie’s approach.

What changed

More ways to understand the support.

Jennie moved from her earlier basic website to a bespoke site with clearer service routes, local information and helpful content. Owners can explore a service, read advice on a problem they recognise and find a way to contact her.

The project now gives Jennie space to explain both what she offers and how she works. Her recommendation below describes what she values about that.

Built, then developed.

Since May 2026, Onbeza has continued adding to and developing the website. Search data and observed results help identify what needs attention and where to focus next.

The purpose is practical: to make informed decisions about the website and the people it needs to reach as Jennie’s business develops.

Every one of Jennie’s Google reviews is five stars.

All search figures come from Google Search Console and cover full calendar months. Visits are clicks from Google search results. Page-one and top-3 counts use each search’s average position for the month. Lower average position numbers are better. Search results depend on many things, including Jennie’s own reputation and reviews, so these figures show what happened here, not a promise for every business.

In Jennie’s words

“What I value is the thought behind it all.”

Jennie’s business began without an online presence. Her first website followed in June 2025, before Onbeza’s bespoke build in May 2026.

“Ben at Onbeza built my website around the services I offer and the questions dog owners are actually searching for.

He used search data to identify relevant services and towns across Essex, then created local pages explaining how I can help owners in those areas. The aim was to attract enquiries that fit the support I offer.

We also created a Help Hub covering questions such as puppy biting. It gives owners practical advice in my own words, with useful steps they can try and links to the relevant service if they need more individual support.

What I value is the thought behind it all. The website gives people a chance to understand my approach, get some help and decide whether I’m the right person for them and their dog.

I started with no online presence and needed a website that fitted my business and the way I work. Ben built a bespoke site around my services, my customers and the areas I cover, with space to share useful advice in my own voice. It’s been exciting to see my business appearing alongside established local providers as that online presence has grown.”
